These houses were created of the same bricks we were making. They will be used for women to give birth. Many women in this area die during child labor because doctors in hospitals are unable to cope with any complications.
I helped making bricks with this manual brick machine.
Bricks need to store in a dry place.
These kids carried bricks for their own entertainment.

Everybody sleeps in tents at the rainbow gathering.
The healing tipi is for everybody to use and very comfortable inside. A little fire gives warmth.
It is very easy to approach members of the rainbow family, like these two great folks from the Netherlands and the US.
On the way to the Rainbow Gathering we stopped at this beautiful old linden tree and enjoyed the view over this Bavarian village
The rainbow gathering in Bavaria was blessed with sunshine. Family members sleep in tents. Tipis are common spaces for everybody to use.
Volunteers prepare dinner in the kitchen tent (similar to this tipi). If nobody feels like cooking there will be no food.
The mornings can be quite humid on this meadow in Bavaria
The healing tipi offered space for everyone to use.
The location of the rainbow gathering is kept secret. You only get vague hints on where to go but enough to make it. (The red dot doesn’t mark the gathering point)

Every night we gathered around the camp fire to tell stories of the day and of life. Somebody brought a guitar, somebody else some self-written stories.
